Oregon ArtsWatch: It’s the end of a long school day, almost time for dinner, when 11 youngsters, ages 7 to 13, grab a seat in Ashland Public Library’s Gresham Room.
“Instead of winding down, I’m winding up,” a girl with a cascading dark updo says to the blond-haired boy next to her.
“Me too,” he says.
