This article, I believe, could help me achieve one of my most wanted autocad abilities. This is the ability to make a stud wall from only inputting dimensions, material, and spacing of the Studs. It is one of the easiest things to do because it's all squares. I have been thinking this is possible with Dynamic Blocks with being able to stretch the dimensions to be what they want to be. But recently I have been told that AutoLISP can achieve a similar vision. It definitely looks like it could achieve being able to make a stud wall to individual specifications but I don’t know if they could be editable to change any of those specifications which a dynamic block would be able to do. It feels very powerful but the applications right now are not jumping out at me. Maybe a program could be written to fill out all the information for a show into the block as a title block or auto numbering pages?
