Theater | Pittsburgh | Pittsburgh City Paper: Pittsburgh will soon host the 35th annual International Conference and Festival of Blacks in Dance, gathering dance professionals, choreographers, scholars, and audiences. Organized by the International Association of Blacks in Dance, in partnership with Hill Dance Academy Theatre, the conference takes place from Wed., Jan. 22-Sun., Jan. 26 at The Westin Pittsburgh.
