TDF Will Again Offer Free Memberships to Graduating NYC High School Students

Playbill: The Theatre Development Fund (TDF) will offer free one-year memberships to all graduating seniors from NYC public and charter high schools for the second year in a row, allowing graduates access to discounted tickets for Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway, music, and dance performances. Last year's program provided free TDF memberships to over 2,200 graduates.

Okay, so I could talk for hours about tdf because I actually have a tdf membership and I use it all the time when I'm home it is this incredible program where you pay $35 a year and then your Broadway tickets are $60 or less for participating shows so you know not every show is on there but I've seen a handful of really great shows through using tdf so I think it's really exciting that graduating students high school students in New York City will get free memberships provide such great accessibility to the theater because Broadway is generally very expensive so to be able to see if 300 show for $60 is incredible. And every time I've done this or most of the time I have gotten Orchestra seats so it is just this incredible ticketing program so I'm really happy to see that they'll be giving students accounts.
