Since my junior year of high school, I have been trying to get tickets to see Saturday Night Live but I have not succeeded because obviously the tickets are really hard to get and you have to be 16 or older so I think that this alternative experience of an immersive experience at the Rockefeller Center is such a cool idea. I would really like to try it because like they announced your name and it just seems really like an enjoyable night. of course, I still really want to see Saturday Night Live at least once in my life so I'm going to keep trying to get those free tickets cuz they're free so it cannot hurt to try over and over but in the meantime, I might take a little trip over to the city with my friends to give this Saturday Night Live immersive experience a try.

I think this is a wonderful opportunity and it’s awesome that it’s free. The only thing I worry about is there must be thousands or even tens of thousands of people trying to sign up for these limited number of spots. I wonder how they plan to accommodate this number of people. How many people a day are they able to take in? It runs from 1-9pm until February 2nd.
Logistics aside, I think this is a great way to interact with fans and give back. It probably costs them a fair bit amount of money to do this for free (although they will gain press), but I like that this is a big company who has the money and luxury to be able to do this and isn’t only doing it for the monetary gain. I think this would be really fun to go through and especially seeing the SNL behind the scenes, which has always interested me because it is both live and recorded. I think it’d be a lot of fun to work on an SNL set as a techie.
