TV Talk: CMU grad, ‘Pretty Little Liars’ alum stars in Christmas programs
TribLIVE.com: Actor Ian Harding graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s acting program in 2010 and didn’t have to pay his dues waiting tables, as many actors do. Instead, he was almost immediately cast in what would turn into a hit cable series, “Pretty Little Liars,” which ran from 2010-17.

Okay iconic, I did not know that Ian Harding, of Pretty Little Liars went to Carnegie Mellon for Drama. This is crazy this is new news to me. Anyways, looking at his career and the startup if his career, it is pretty interesting and incredible. Harding’s first television acting job was for a Sheetz commercial for their smoothies and coffees and I think it is so incredible where is acting journey has taken him thus far. Reading this article made me really excited for my future career and all of my peers future careers at CMU SoD because everyone is so talented and really can be the next star if they wanted to. Ian Harding is very talented and I am not shocked that he was so booked and busy after graduating from CMU, and I think that CMU has so many talented people, and Harding is a great example of what someone’s future could look like, if they wanted it to
