Hmm. Im not sure I truly understand the kind of thing they're really looking to produce, but this seems like a cool concept. It also seems like a dangerous one. I'm not sure there's really any particular pitfalls that are 'the danger,' and I'm certainly not an expert n misinformation, misleading content, or similar themes, but using things like motion tracking and deepfakes opens up a lot of doors. Those are really cool artistic doors that allow us to twist and play with reality, to better create messages, feelings, and questions. But the also more convincingly can twist the truth, can twist facts, can mislead people. It's a double edged sword. I like that this studio seems big on ethics and making sure not to misuse the technology, but that certainly won't be the case (hasn't been the case) for all users of the technology. 'Post-truth' is a buzzword, but it's rooted in a very real problem. That problem isn't that people don't care what the truth is anymore, it's that it's becoming harder and harder to determine what the truth is. These technologies are powerful, and that makes them dangerous.
