What needs to change in Hollywood one year after #MeToo?

USA TODAY: One year after the #MeToo movement began, difficult questions on how to change a harmful system remain. USA TODAY spoke with 26 members of a feminist film collective that came together earlier this year to produce a PSA to further the movement. Here, they offer firsthand insight into what needs to change to combat the culture of harassment in Hollywood and beyond.

It's always good to see that the #MeToo movement is still being talked about. Although after the events of this weekend it's sure to make a resurgence. I often see that the #MeToo movement is being talked about in terms of the problems. Here's what so-and-so experienced. Here's what came to light and X. What I like about this article however was that it focused on actions moving forward. It was important in the early parts of the movement to get word out about the issue and establish that this was all a real thing that needed to be addressed. But now I think it's time to give people a way to take action. Bringing to light some concrete things Hollywood can do to make the overall environment better is a logical next step. I wish this article made their goals a little more specific, but this is a good first step.
