Three high profile jobs at a professional theatre in Phoenix, Arizona? All three seem to be good jobs with the expected amount of responsibility and oversight, but I am wondering what happened to cause the company to be searching for these three important positions all at once? I obviously don't know the story, but three job openings could be due to various reasons, and if I were applying I would inquire as to why all three were up at the same time.

But then again, a job is a job is a job. And Phoenix is warm, which does sound mighty nice around this time of year...

Something interesting about this job post, the PM is asked to provide 3 letters or recommendation and "Supportive materials." I have never seen this on an initial application request. I think that would make more sense for an educational setting.

Also, from the PM ad: "Planning and producing a detailed production calendar (with deadlines) in consultation with the stage manager" and from the SM ad, "Stage Manager will work closely with the Production Manager and Technical Director to oversee and plan a production from concept to closing night."

It appears this company has a very different operation than the "Standard" PM / SM relationship. Or, since they are replacing the PM, SM & TD, the person writing these job descriptions does not really know what each position is responsible for. I would be hesitant to apply for this company... but its always worth a phone call I guess.
