This is great that a company is helping these people out in this way. I have never heard about or noticed entertainment companies like the Hobbit crew offering there help when there was a natural disaster. I hope that in the future we hear of more companies that will do things like. I am sure that this type of thing is an example where a company just has to be in the right place at the right time. Also I did not know about this earthquake until I read this article. This just shows how much the school of drama keeps us busy and that I need to keep my eye more on the news that is actually happening.
it's good to see this type of compassion form a major company. you can expect though that this type of reaction would come from a crew so heavily connected with new zealand. here you have a crew which has made several successful projects there and many of the crew call New Zealand home. this type of reaction to such tragic events we should hope to see more often as it is something only human , not extraordinary just human and shouldnt even be that big of a deal. i would hope to see more of this and not have it even reported because its just what humanity should do ...
