Orland,o my home for ten years is a mess when it comes to managing their arts. Arts in a city that is primarily "entertainment" based always tend to struggle. the money isn't their because it is simple , the interest isn't high enough to stake the risk. this also comes from a large amount of poor decision making in the Orlando Government. you can slam the management but Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said it wasnt a priority over the new amway arena constructed there. the priority is whichever one turns a greater profit and brings in more buissness to downtown orlando which is slowly growing in size. it's all about who can turn a higher profit in the end and the home of the orlando magic is going to turn a higher gross than a new performing arts center.
