I think the concept of this expo is so interesting. My family is huge into conventions and this one sounds like one I may bring up to them because of how open ended it seems. The basis of this expo is for attractions and new tools to optimize them. Specifically, in the entertainment industry. So that means this is for creators, designers, and tech services. While not all of my family members are in these fields, I am, and they are interested in it! I would really be interested in seeing what it would be like to go here. I imagine it would be a lot of tech companies promoting their products and different ways to make entertainment easier. I’d also imagine that this is where companies might exhibit new products that are yet to be released yet. This is also apparently for growing businesses. This might be a good expo for all of us DP’s to go to in order to get jobs or internships.
The reason I clicked on this artcle is because I grew up right by a bunch of theme parks and went to them all the time. I have actually been to this expo because my moms new station did a piece on it. I think it is really cool that this expo gives people a chance in this feild to connect. Also the fact that people can learn more about the feild itself I feel like is really important. People who know nothing about this feild can walk in and be completly emersssed in it and fall in love. In the artcle it even talked about a women coming to this expo and realizing this is the feild she wants to be involved in. I think that it is really interresting that peoples ideas can also be picked up at this expo. I feel like this expo overall is a chance for artists to grow and maybe attract other artists along the way.
