L-Acoustics helps museum visitors explore samurai world
www.avinteractive.com: The Samurai Museum, situated in Berlin’s main gallery district, opened its doors in May and has already made an impression on visitors, with some calling it a must-visit for fans of Japanese culture. Featuring technology and multimedia installations that bring the exhibits to life, the audio experience is delivered by L-Acoustics Syva and X Series sound systems, designed by consulting firm MMT-Network and installed by system integrator PIK AG.

I think this invention is absolute amazing and I’m looking forward in it being used in theater or just commonly used across different industry. With this invention, it will not only help to save up some time, even though limited, and help designers to create things that they want to see faster but also will make measurements more accurate and detailed as it is being run by a computer. As mentioned in the article, if the prints and ink get washed away in outdoor settings, the robot will need to do it over again and will not save time. This made me think that if it is being used in indoor theaters, it might be able to be used to its maximum ability where the prints will get washed away. Siteprinter robot has been used in many situations but not theater and I’m looking towards it being used or tested in theater settings.
I found article really interesting as somebody who has a love of history museums. I will say I’m very opinionated about what makes museum a good museum and a major factor of this is making an engaging for everybody. I know I can walk into a museum and I’m totally willing to sit down and read every prompt and just look at all of the exhibitsU But many people need something more than that to truly understand the history to feel like they’re immersed in the history and to feel like they’re actually learning something. This integration of technology makes it easier for the average museum tower to get something out of their trip. Many people don’t want to have to stop and read everything but if they feel like they’re just walking through this immersive exhibit they are more likely to learn some thing without even realizing it and they’ll be more intrigued and want to stay there longer than the average museum.
