This is awesome! one of the things that I will forever love about unions and especially unions in the entertainment industry is the fact that they highlight groups of people that I would have never heard of otherwise. It makes total sense that there is a group of people who are working behind the screens of all of the sports games that we watch. But it never occurred to me to ask if they were unionized or anything. I am so glad that they were able to join with IATSE so successfully. With the absolutely staggering yes vote it makes me wonder what the issues are that pushed them into that yes. I will be very excited to see what the changes are that they advocate for for themselves and how quickly they come to fruition with the new union backing.
