Point Park’s Rep hopes to ‘Rope’ audiences in with the suspense thriller
TribLIVE: Audiences might want to see “Rope” twice, its director Elmore James says.
“It’s so full of subtleties in the play, in the acting, in the set and in the costumes,” he says.
Audience members should pay attention and dig deeper. After they’ve seen the drama to its conclusion, audience members might enjoy returning to catch the nuances and undercurrents they may have missed.
