Cirque Week is such an awesome event!! I know I'd love to go. Cirque du Soleil puts on amazing shows that stupefy and amaze, and having the opportunity to see behind the scenes at the technology and people that go into these shows seems awesome. I saw LOVE a few years ago and it was absolutely incredible. Being able to see the sound system, media system and lights systems up close would be incredible... not to mention its extraordinarily complex platform-based stage! And speaking of stages, seeing O's stage would also be unworldly. I think it's awesome Cirque du Soleil is giving its fans the chance to uncover what lies behind their shows.

If I could be back home during this week, I would definitely be the one who purchase the ticket. Just reading how affordable and inclusive event is, I got so excited. I remember watching "O" three years ago and totally fell in love with dynamic actions of acrobats. And this event offers people to see the backstage with water operation which is the part that I was always curious while watching "O". I love how this event includes all of Ciruqe du Soleil that I wanted to watch when I went to Las Vegas including LOVE, and Ka. After knowing this event is held annually, my biggest hope is that I could attend this event when I turn in 21 and visit Las Vegas. It will be awesome experience to learn how technology is put into a theater that makes the effect even larger. I love how Las Vegas truly work to interact with audiences and to help fans to discover the technology involved in the shows.

This is an amazing opportunity for Cirque fans to see how things are run behind the scenes. I think its very impressive that Cirque is taking people backstage for "O" to see the water effects and such. A group of managers went to Vegas this past weekend to see "O" and "Mystere" and get a backstage tour. Even knowing the Stage Manager for "O", a CMU alum, we were unable to go backstage due to the liability involved with the pool. I am impressed that Cirque would go through the trouble of getting coverage for the extra liability for their week of showcase. I imagine the event will bring a lot of theater-goers, new and returning, into the shows. It's a great publicity event.

What a great way to make some dough! Not only do you want to see the backstage workings, but you'll want to come to all the shows too. There are enough fans and new technologies being integrated, that this sort of exhibition could continue for years to come.
