Wow, talk about organized. The money that went into that system has been well spent! I don't think anybody will disagree that organization is a good thing, but it is definitely hard to implement, especially in the shop. I know that for my school it is a constant struggle, but organization really is a worthwhile pursuit. Staying organized keeps the team on task and speeds up the project you're working on. Having somebody go off looking for a certain sized drill bit because it wasn't put back is just a pain. Hat tip to Adam for his great, if not slightly overkill, solution to organizing small parts and bits!
