DenverPost.com: "Her theater director calls her 'our guru of cool.' Wait, 'cool' and 'theater' together?
Yes, when you're talking about DJ Sara T., who's so indie-rock cool, she promises on her MySpace profile, 'one of these days I'm gonna try smiling.'"

This sounds really interesting (no pun intended). It's good to see a theater taking the initiative to involve more art forms. Theater is usually the last to take advantage of innovations in every field. And from reading the playwright's description of the show, I think that hiring a DJ was a great choice. Hopefully she'll be working closely with the production team to create something that enhances the story instead of detracting from it with mixing techniques.
Well, this kinds of advanture is necessary for creating much broader audience range. But this kind of trends always concern me, because the producers are always looking for the younger audience, and that always should not be the solution. Now, Korean theatre productions have big trends of activating B-Boy or break dance culture. This should not be temporary eye-catching trend, but new genre.
