To address how we "program" organizational skills, I found looking back on how I function that a lot of what I do is from what my parents do. And not that they purposely taught me these things. They were just always a way of life. Learning to put things back where they belong. Cleaning up after myself. I now lead a very organized lifestyle and even though I have always gotten shit for being so organized (or OCD), it increases my level of performance, and keeps be from go crazy with everything I have to do.
