Hawaii’s first Cirque du Soleil resident production opens in Waikiki
www.cirquefascination.com: Hawaii’s first Cirque du Soleil resident production, ?Auana, is opening Thursday at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel’s 784-seat, newly renovated theater.
Unlike Cirque du Soleil productions in Las Vegas, Orlando, New York, Berlin, Quebec, or those on tour, ?Auana is a “Hawaii-inspired production,” which includes hula dancers, along with the usual acrobats, comedians, musicians and singers.
