Just like how the article said that “humans are capable of love and freedom, but sometimes they forget it”, sometimes we forget that we are all capable of creating powerful art. In today's world, too often we focus on the profitability of art and do not think enough about the impact it can have on people’s lives. I think that festivals like this, that focus on bringing hope and happiness to people in need, should be more prevalent around the world. In hard times, questioning authority or challenging others can be difficult and frightening, but the change that can come from it makes it worth it. I don’t think that the people participating in this festival will ever forget how it made them feel, even with the darkness of their political climate surrounding them. The lasting impact of events like this on people's lives cannot be overstated.
