I was reading this the other day on TAIT’s social media pages. It sounds like it could be a really huge deal for TAIT and likely ITEC’s Orlando clients that seem to rely heavily on the work that they do. I think having an organization like TAIT behind a company like that could be extremely powerful and I imagine there being some really amazing work happening in Orlando with these two advanced companies together. Mergers like this are always very interesting to me. It reminds me of the PRG and VER merger that happened a few years back now. It is interesting to see how they combine some certain things and how two distinct companies will remain in other ways. It is great to see that much of the senior leadership from ITEC is staying on board. I think that is really great for companies to remain doing what they do best.
