As always, there are a couple new interesting tools on this week's edition of Tool News Nirvana. First is Rockler’s New Dust Containment Solution, the Rockler Dustright. This seems like the perfect thing to have on your palm sander when you are on the job site. When it comes to shop solutions, while this seems like a good dust extractor, a vacuum is probably still better. For this reason, when you are in your shop, it may be better to setup a long hose off of a vacuum that you can keep by your work bench to be used when sanding. Another need solution to pair with this in your shop, is a down draft table. This is a perforated table that has a vacuum hooked up to so it draws the dust that is coming off your material down into the table and into the vacuum. That all being said, on a job site, this looks like a perfect little tool to keep in your tool box.
