DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Review: Incredible for the Price
gizmodo.com: Smartphones have become an affordable tool for filmmakers on tight budgets, and accessory makers are following suit by giving aspiring directors access to Hollywood-caliber filmmaking tools that won’t blow a shoestring budget. It’s really interesting to consider the evolution of the use of a camera compared to using a phone for photography and video making. In the current environment that millennials have grown up in, the smartphone is our tool of choice. The fact that this accessory made by DJI is small, affordable, and works really well compliments the easy of use of smartphones. DJI Osmo 3 is a huge upgrade from the DJI Osmo 2, and I think that all of the changes are a real accomplishment from the product design team. Being able to take feedback from a production and evolve it into a better version of itself is a really difficult talk. Just look at the iPhone 11. There is nothing new except for the damn color of the outside. It’s not better at all, just more aesthetically pleasing. DJI recognized the improvements that they needed to accomplish with their stabilizer, and they did it… really damn well.
