Kingdom Kong: Peter England
INDESIGNLIVE: It’s mid afternoon when I meet Peter England at the stage door of The Regent Theatre in Melbourne, one day before the world premiere of what is potentially the most ambitious live production ever staged in this country: King Kong Live on Stage.

It is interesting to see the ambitious goals that ‘King Kong’ has set for itself. The puppets and sets shown are extensive and it is comforting for the future of the show that the designer is proud and fearless about the show’s fate. Impressive though, I wonder if the show could be translated to Broadway or the West End with the size of the production?
