What a troll! This person is too great. Only an insanely awesome person can take the time to make a sweater that big. It's really a shame though since the sweater couldn't stay on the statue. Since it's yarn it would rote away under the outdoor conditions. I hope it was on there long enough for many people to see it. I also give her props for even crocheting the diamond pattern on his back. That takes a lot of dedication and a "do it right" attitude that other people taking on that project might have.
This is so great! I love how people are now creating clothes for statues! I wonder how much yarn it took her to make the cardigan? The red cardigan truly represents Mister Rodgers, so it is fantastic that she decorated the plain bronze with the iconic red sweater. This establishes Pittsburgh as a place for creative minds and a city for people to express their art in any form.
