Bard | Employment Opportunities: Reporting to the Production Manager, the Technical Director has daily responsibility for the stage operations of all programs and projects taking place in or produced by the Center. The Technical Director acts as the Master Carpenter, Scene Shop Foreman, and Crew Chief of the Center. The Technical Director works closely with members of the Center's production team and supervises student workers and professional seasonal and hourly overhire crewmembers. The Technical Director ensures a safe backstage wokring environment, provides training and mentorship to students, and provides high quality production support to all programs and projects for the Center.
