Strike possible at Shaw Festival
thestar.com: "The Shaw Festival had cause to celebrate at last weekend's annual general meeting when it finally retired a $2.5 million deficit and posted a substantial operating surplus on the 2009 season, but its joy may prove to be short-lived."

I think Shaw Festival's ignoring attitude about artist was problem. Shaw Festival had to listen union's claim and negotiate. Also, I think the union's claim for right is not unfounded. Also they seem to want to find deal point gently. I hope Shaw Festival would concerned with union's claim and resolve the problem.
