Women in Film Launches New Programs for Directors and Writers

While I find it really cool networks such as ABC, TNT and TBS are helping Women in Film by launching programs that help females in the industry, I find it very ironic that MTV is doing a female outreach program for writers and directors and creative people to "develop ideas" for their core audiences considering the crap that they air on television. Not to mention a large portion of it is really offensive for women and absolutely nothing they air on their network is substantial, meaningful or remotely intelligent.
