Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "The August Wilson Center has chosen Andre Kimo Stone Guess as its new president and chief executive officer.
Guess will succeed Marva H. Harris, who has served as interim CEO since July 2009 following the departure of Neil A. Barclay, the center's president and CEO since 2003."

I am glad to know that August Wilson Center finally have him as a president. Yes, I was not familiar with August Wilson's work, until I worked on sound design for the Piano Lesson. Through that production, I researched for his bio, the local history and U.S. history. And I was moved by Wilson's sentimental part in the play and his reserved way to look at the world. I enjoyed that piece.
The last summer, I visited the Center when they did open house. The building was beautiful and especially, the theatre is gorgeous. I personally wished if I could have designed sound system here or so... Anyway, I hope the center successfully develops and deliver Wilson's plays to the community to celebrate Pittsburgh's proud writer.
