Royal Opera to Call Off Planned Manchester Arm If No State Cash
Bloomberg.com: Arts and Culture: "London's Royal Opera House, which seeks to open a branch in Manchester that would cost 60 million pounds to 80 million pounds ($90 million to $120 million), said the project would be dropped if it failed to receive state money."
