Seuss lawyers stop holiday Who-ville in Louisville
USATODAY.com: "The city of Louisville is scrapping plans to use the iconic Dr. Seuss village and characters as part of its annual Christmas display after receiving a cease and desist letter from Dr. Seuss Enterprises."

Yea copyright laws! What a cute idea for a light display, it's just to bad that they couldn't get access to the characters. At least they still have a light display with the rip off name of 'Lou-ville'!
