I found this conservatory hour to be somewhat helpful. I never knew we could get free personal training! Also Ms. Rossol was extremely entertaining. I am curious to learn more about how to better improve the safety measures theatres will take to help their employees.

The safety part of conservatory hour was fun. I wish she could have told more sotries, time seemesd to run out very quickly. But she did cover and teach a lot. I found the health part to be more directed at actors and MTs since that is who was there to talk with us along with the professionals around campus. I guess I just don't see DPs having as much of a problem with eatting disorders, though I am sure it happens.

I really enjoyed the safety portion of conservatory hour this week. However, right before conservatory hour I attended the presentation given for scene designers in the shop and found the more specific in depth information very useful. I wish everyone in my class would have had a chance to attend the more in depth presentations.
