Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager coordinates productions, special events and projects for the Claire Trevor School of the Arts. Responsibilities include assisting faculty, staff and students in production related activities, securing show royalties, music rights, house management and receipt auditing. Assist with the allocation of School of the Arts space for use by the University and the community for rehearsals, performances and special events. Assist with the preparation and administration of budgets. Act as chair to production meetings as required.
