Variety: "'9 to 5,' featuring 19 new Parton songs plus the title tune, begins previews at Center Theater Group's Ahmanson Theater in Los Angeles on Sept. 6 with an official opening Sept. 20, followed by a five-week run. Broadway performances begin March 24 at the Marquis."

It'll be interesting to see how the show ends up going. I know fans of the movie are really excited, especially about some of the more unique gags like a guy getting swallowed by a demon copy machine.
This is a little offensive as a theatre major. I am sorry but Dolly Parton on the stage is, I'm sure, an awesome experience but things like these are so detrimental to theatre... WHY are we trying to turn '9 to 5' into a musical.. starring all of Dolly Partons song? Legally Blond the musical is exactly the same. Movies and shows and meant to be movies and shows, not broadway or L.A. based muysicals.
