City sues civic-center stagehand union

The Rapid City Journal: "The three-year labor contract between the civic center and Local 731 expired Dec. 31. Dennis Finch, attorney for the stagehands union, was not available for comment late Monday afternoon. But earlier in the day, he confirmed that Local 731’s members won’t work on any civic center events until they have a contract in place."
