For a long time, Cirque Du Soleil has been a powerhouse across the world and specifically in Las Vegas as this article demonstrates. A couple of things are interesting about this article. The first is that the article briefly mentions the fact that they have donated over $20 million but the article is about the fact that they were chosen for "Citizen of the Month" and I wish they would have elaborated on the projects they have done before because they have many ongoing awesome initiatives. Secondly, I find it interesting that they chose to bring people in from Zarkana and Mystere, the newest and oldest show in Vegas respectively when they are not necessarily the most popular.
