Wow there were a lot of cool displays at LDI. I do wish I could've gone this year, especially after hearing a lot of my lighting friends were there. I hope to be able to attend at least once before I graduate. This article showcases a lot of the grand displays from this year's conference, as well as talking about the other seminars and events that happened. The Volux lighting booth is very impressive. I'm also intrigued by the low-fog machine created by Master FX and their custom fog distribution system. I would love to learn more about this and it's practical applications. You can do a lot of really cool things with fog, but sometimes it can be limiting. I'm curious to see what impacts will be made by these new innovations. I would love to be there in person and get to see all of these things live.

I was really sad that I couldn't go to LDI this year. I have a lot of friends that go every year, and they were like, oh, you should go, and I really want to. I really want to try and go next year and see all the cool exhibits and technology. I think the exhibit for German Light Products is super cool. It looks like it would make for an incredible concert rig. I also think that the X-Laser exhibit looked super cool, and I would want to be there it looks so fun and cool to play with I mean, I just want to go to LDI and like see what they have to offer but mess around with this expensive and high tech technology that I wouldn't usually get to work with. It kind of feels like being a little kid at a playground or store and running up and touching everything you can because that's what I would want to do there, so I really am going to try to go to LDI in the next few years.
