Pittsburgh's Enjoy Wrestling brings "Gay Wrestlemania" to the ring
Arts + Entertainment | Pittsburgh | Pittsburgh City Paper: “Wrestling is for Everyone” — that’s the credo Enjoy Wrestling lives by. That means delivering all the bombast, theatrics, and physicality for which the popular sport is known, all while representing what they describe as “a wide variety of races, genders, and sexual orientations.”

This. Is. So. Cool! My brother and my father are big fans of AEW and I grew up going to school with kids who made WWE their entire personality so this is the best possible outcome. Wrestling is all theatrics! You have heels, and faces, and storylines, and rivalries, the whole shebang! This is the natural evolution of the WWE and will hopefully actually provide health insurance to their wrestlers. It is the ultimate combination of sports and theater, hell the lighting, VMD, Sound, Costumes, etc.. are so incredible in some of these networks they are on par with concert and movie tech especially when you think about the fact that they have to be entertaining AND extremely safe to make sure their wrestlers don’t die. If they manage to market this right they will be able to get both new viewers who are here for the diversity and increased theatrics and old Pittsburgh viewers of WWE for the fun and creative fights that will be in person so close to home.
