Mazzella, co-founder and president of Hudson Scenic Studio, Inc. based in Yonkers, New York, has announced that he has partnered with Neil O'Connor and Corky Boyd in the ownership of Hudson Scenic effective immediately. Mazzella will take on the duties of chairman, O'Connor will be the new CEO, and Boyd will be senior vice president overseeing project management and sales.
