Playbill Launches "My Playbill" Photo Contest; Win Tickets to a Broadway Show!
Playbill.com: Playbill Magazine has been documenting the American theatre for more than 125 years – from David Belasco's May Blossom in 1884 and the lavish Ziegfeld Follies of yesteryear, through the original productions of West Side Story and Oklahoma! to Rent and Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark.

Well, this a clever creative idea! Also great for profits. I say that because in order to get a PlayBill, one must attend a show. And who is going to go to a show my him/herself? So you buy two plus tickets to a Broadway show must to enter the contest. Of course, some people keep a collection of PlayBills or can borrow or buy them cheap, but they are still putting in the time. This seems to be who the contest is geared towards as a reward to those who keep the Broadway market afloat in times of low tourism. Either way, I think it is a cute idea for people to get involved with their favorite show(s).
