The subtitle doesn't say it all, but it sure is an attention grabber.The Victorian-era romantic comedy takes an intimate look at humanity at the dawn of electrical technology, a time when vibrators were a staple of women's boudoir accessories and used by doctors as a treatment for a diagnosis of "hysteria." "In the Next Room," which was a Pulitzer Prize finalist and a best-play Tony nominee, gets its first local production as the opener of Pittsburgh Irish & Classical Theatre's 2012-13 season.
