Clancy with a Lifetime Achievement Award for its “several generations of distinguished contributions to the performing arts and entertainment community.” Mike Murphy, president of J.R. Clancy, received the award for the company. The award specifically commended J.R. Clancy for its recent digitization of 126 years of technical catalogues (a boon to technical theatre scholars) and its support of Rigging Safety Initiative.
