Stage Directions: ETC is now accepting applications for its LDI 2012 Student Sponsorship program. ETC will pay for round-trip airfare, hotel accomodations and meals for six college undergrad seniors studying lighting design, technical theatre or another related field so they can attend the LDI conference. At the conference, which will be Oct. 19-21 in Las Vegas this year, students will have the opportunity to get a backstage look at the ETC booth and network at the show, and will also be paired with a well-known lighting designer as a mentor for the convention.
