'Freud's Last Session' imagines encounter with author C.S. Lewis

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Before Sigmund Freud, there was no repression or narcissism and no one ever committed a Freudian slip. His insights and theories not only added new words to our everyday vocabulary. They changed the way we thought about ourselves and how we view the world around us. "He had an enormous influence on the way people viewed their lives, beginning with dream life and childhood examination," says David Wohl, the actor who plays Freud in the Pittsburgh Public Theater production of "Freud's Last Session," currently being performed at the O'Reilly Theater, Downtown.

I like this! Its always fun to imagine the "what ifs" in life, hypothetical situations that might not ever happen but are entertaining imagining if they would. I personally would love to see how Freud would interact with anyone, let alone a highly Christian C.S. Lewis. I always was aware of Freud's theories of human psychology, Oedipus Complex, reasons for why we do the things we do, but never pictured who he was as a person. Would he outwardly defy C.S Lewis's religious views? For this I am very curious to see how this play is depicted, and would love to go see theater like this.
