I think it's great that the Broadway Hotline is so popular. It sounded like a great idea from the start, but you never really know until you see whether people use it or not. I think this author has a really good point--that we can learn from the questions that are asked. If something is written on the website that people call and ask about, perhaps the online information wasn't featured prominently enough. Companies can use this hotline for valuable feedback and information gathering, and improve their services even more.
