Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Patrick Jordan's credo is that if you're going to put yourself through the torture of producing drama, you've got to be fully committed to the play and to doing it right.
That belief explains in part why barebones productions has not staged a play since the company's "Killer Joe" wowed audiences and critics in 2010.
The company returns Thursday with its 11th production, the Pittsburgh premiere of "Jesus Hopped the A-Train," which begins its run at the New Hazlett Theater on the North Side.
The play has been percolating in Jordan's brain since he saw it seven years ago.
