Slamming Doors, Heavy Sledding

NYTimes.com: "What happens when a supporting performer emerges from nowhere — or, at least, from way down the cast list — and sends a sluggish production soaring? The answer is on view at the Old Vic Theatre, where Georges Feydeau’s “Flea in Her Ear” is struggling to find its comic footing. And then the mock-Latin pinwheel that is the actor John Marquez comes spinning into view, and suddenly all seems right with the world. Or, at least, with this play.
