I have always been really impressed with the dancers that Point Park puts out. Their dance students are just beautiful to watch and their teachers are impressive, but very different from our teachers here. We have had a sub for some of our dance classes over the audition tour, and you can tell very quickly the level at which they expect the dancers they are working with to be at. I would recommend people interested in improving on their dance skills to take one of their summer dance intensives.

I agree with Alana, the dancers that Point Park are incredibly talented individuals, they're beautiful movers and passionate about what they do. I really like the fact that their upcoming season includes a range of styles, because it is very important to not only cover the classical art of performance, but to focus on the jazz and modern aspects of dance. How can you move the art form forward if you don't understand where it is currently? Also, it would be very interesting to mix the various styles of dance, classical, modern, jazz, etc. Hopefully I will get the chance to see some of the work that Point Park puts on next year!
