Review: 'Dreamgirls' filled with misery

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "There's so much angst and misery in 'Dreamgirls' that you find yourself wondering why anyone would consider a show business career.
Treachery, bribery, infidelity and plain old jealousy abound as a fictional trio of African-American girl singers rise from Apollo Theatre talent show contestants to backup singers to rising-star, girl-group singers and finally achieve international acclaim."
